Arun District Council asked us to design a wayfinding strategy and new mapping to highlight the pedestrian areas of this seaside town and reconnect the town centre to the seafront.

Themed on a day out by the seaside, the graphic style developed is bright and lively. The mapping highlights landmarks and attractions and key pedestrian routes to connect the public realm. We also designed a range of interpretation panels to reveal local stories and trails.

This project allowed us to connect a community back to the seafront, creating a more cohesive experience for locals and tourists alike.
