‘Tis the season to reconnect

Bruntwood’s annual
Wishing Tree is back!

And we have chosen to support it as our Christmas charity this year.

A big focus in all of our work is connecting communities, people and places. Just as we know that putting people first in the spaces we design is the best way achieving successful places, we also believe that putting other people first is the only way to create true community. After all, connecting with your loved ones is what lies at the heart of the Christmas season.

Bruntwood’s Wishing Tree is a practical response to meeting the needs of the vulnerable – by granting the wishes of Manchester’s most in-need children. They are encouraging customers, colleagues and local businesses to donate presents from wish lists compiled by its charity partners Manchester Youth Zone and HideOut.

We’re excited to get wrapping – and we’re inviting you to get involved too

To get involved with our efforts, we’re asking you simply to click on the animation below to see what happens.

The number of clicks we get from you will dictate the number of children’s wishes we’re able to grant this year.

Every click you make will count towards the total number of wishes we will buy for the Wishing Tree.

Make your click count before 28 November.

If you want to buy your own gift to put under the Wishing Tree, head down to your local Bruntwood reception to pick up your tag.

What happens next?

Once we’ve totted up the clicks, we’ll collect our gift tags from Bruntwood, and get shopping and wrapping, ready to deliver our gifts to Bruntwood’s Bright Building on 9 December.

Where will the presents go?

Bruntwood is again supporting Manchester Youth Zone and HideOut, organisations that provide safe, welcoming spaces for young people aged 8 to 19 to spend their leisure time, where they can raise their aspirations and enjoy healthier, happier lives.

Thank you for being part of things!
